Verónica Espinoza
Verónica obtained her PhD in Humanities. She holds a master’s degree in Neurobiology and a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. She completed a research stay at the University of California, Irvine, at the Center for the Neurobiology of Learning and Memory. She is currently a data scientist at the Social Media Research Foundation.
She actively collaborates with Access 2 Perspectives, a training and consulting organization dedicated to improving research management and communication through Open Science.
She has been a professor at prestigious private institutions, teaching various subjects such as Neuropsychology, Physiology, Memory and Emotions, Chemistry, Statistics, among others. Currently, she conducts workshops in English and Spanish on digital tools for students worldwide. Some of the tools she includes in her workshops are Gephi, Cytoscape, GraphiaApp, Gephisto, and Orange Data Mining, among others. She also integrates digital tools that she has developed herself.
