Presentation at QCRI in Doha, Qatar, May 7. 2025

The Qatar Computing Research Institute (QCRI) in Doha, Qatar, part of the Hamad bin Khalifa University, hosted a talk about social media networks from Marc Smith, director of the Social Media Research Foundation. Hosted by Dr. Natasa Milic-Frayling, the talk focused on the ways network analysis can be applied to social media data to better understand the social structures and dynamics of these discussion spaces.

QCRI is working on applying LLMs to the Arabic language and content.
